Most of the stress in travel is not the trip; it is the not knowing. Is the place really free on those dates? What will it cost with the fees? How do we get in at eleven at night? Here is how each of those is answered when you book one of our houses.
Is it free?
The calendar on this site is the live one. It is synced with our Airbnb and Vrbo listings through the same booking system, so a date that shows open here is open.
What will it cost?
The nightly rate shows for your exact dates before you commit, and the checkout shows the total with taxes and any cleaning fee before you pay. Minimum-night rules vary by home and by date and show in the same place.
How do we get in?
Check-in and check-out instructions arrive by email before your stay, including the door code where the home uses keyless entry. There is no key handover and no office to find.
Who do we call?
A small local owner. The phone number in the header of every page rings a person who knows the houses. Extensions, an early arrival, a question about the stove: ask.
Two ways to book
Nights and weeks: pick your dates and book on this site, or use our Airbnb and Vrbo listings. Months: send us the dates and we quote the monthly rate in writing on an agreement. Either way, the house is furnished and ready when you walk in.
