Our houses are not resorts, and we do not describe them as one. They are renovated, furnished single-family homes on ordinary residential streets in Orlando, and that is exactly what makes them comfortable for a family, a crew or a couple of colleagues.
What comfort means here
- Space. Two to six bedrooms, a living room, a dining table, and a door you can close.
- A kitchen you will use: a full range, a refrigerator, a dishwasher at most homes, and the pans and plates to cook with.
- A washer and dryer at the house, so a week of park clothes or work clothes stays manageable.
- Parking at the door, on a driveway, carport or pad, at no charge.
- Furnished beds with linens, towels, Wi-Fi and a television. You arrive with a suitcase.
What it is not
There is no front desk, no daily housekeeping and no pool. The neighborhoods are working-class residential streets on the west, northwest and downtown sides of the city, not the tourist corridor. Each home page lists the plain parts under worth knowing before you book, and the drive-time table tells you exactly how far you are from the parks, the hospitals and downtown.
Why booking direct is the simple way
Booking on this site shows the live rate and the live calendar, the same ones behind our Airbnb and Vrbo listings. You pay by card in the checkout, and your confirmation and check-in instructions come by email. If you have a discount code, the checkout has an I have a discount code field; enter it before you pay.
